Seasons aren’t merely days on a calendar or time measured by the change in weather; Seasons are stages in life. I’ve learned how precious each season is - each day we have with those we love. I’ve learned that in every
season love happens, joy happens, tragedy happens. Love remains, joy remains, tragedy remains and God remains in it all.
Every season I've experienced has been accompanied by music – all kinds of music from old-time gospel to modern secular. If we think back to various points in our lives, I believe certain songs accompany our memories. I hope
some of these songs allow you to revisit memories.
The songs on this CD span nine decades ending with a song written in 2008 by Mike Sartwell, from Minot, ND. It is a beautiful song that embodies nearly every season in life. I knew when I heard this song, it would be the
perfect ending to this CD.
